Pacific Jet Charter can pick up passengers anywhere we are authorized to fly. We have Overflight Permit privileges, enabling you to return home from outside the U.S. to any airport where CBP services are normally available. Arrival/departure times can affect this.

Pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance so that we can be as accommodating as possible. The jet is scrupulously cleaned after every flight, so people with allergies can be assured they can fly without concern.

We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks and wire transfers. All payments must be received prior to departure.

Often, Pacific Jet Charter’s pilots need as little as 8 hours notice. However, planning ahead pays off because it may be difficult to book during peak times of travel, such as around major holidays.

For cancellations more than seven days prior to the time of departure for the first scheduled flight of an itinerary, the Client will not incur any fee. For cancellations made within seven or fewer days, but more than 48 hours prior to time of departure for the first scheduled flight of an itinerary a fee of 25% of the quoted price will be assessed by Pacific Jet Charter against Client. For cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, a fee of 50% of the quoted rate will be assessed by Pacific Jet Charter against Client. For cancellations of a charter flight with less than 24 hours notice (before departure time), Client agrees to pay 75% of the quoted price of the trip plus any expenses incurred. These expenses could include, but are not limited to: Non-refundable expenses typically incurred during peak travel periods relating to holidays and/or special events, for certain travel-related expenses, i.e., hotels, rental cars, airport high-density fees, etc. If Client cancels the charter flight with less than 8 hours notice, or after the aircraft has repositioned to another airport for the purpose of completing the requested charter flight, Client agrees pay the entire charter flight quote to Pacific Jet Charter.

We are authorized to fly throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Mexico and Canada.

Check-in no later than 20 minutes before your flight, but we suggest adding a few extra minutes if you have bags for the crew to load.
